Managing your account

How do I join Club LaBourse?

To join Club LaBourse, simply click here and lodge your interest with the club.

How do I change my personal details?

Should any of your personal information change, you can login to the website and choose the option ‘Manage your details’, or you can confirm the changes in writing to us directly. For a full list of our contact details, click here.

When I try to log in, it keeps telling me I need to renew my membership?

Club LaBourse offers lifetime membership, although a fee of $99 per annum is required to cover general admin costs. This will ensure you will receive uninterrupted access to your account and travel plans. To renew your membership click here.

What do I do if I experience difficulties logging into the website?

If you experience any difficulties logging into the Club LaBourse website, please email contact-us@club-labourse.com.au or call 07 5503 7000 to have the problem attended to.

How do I add travellers to my account?

As a member of Club LaBourse you are entitled to add up to ten friends & family to your account in order for them to share the benefits of the membership. To do so, login to your account and select the option ‘Manage travellers’. You will be asked to provide the travellers name, phone number, email, passport number and frequent flyer number. Alternatively you can call 07 5503 7000 and request that a form be faxed or posted directly to you. Written confirmation is required when adding travellers to the membership.   

I own a business and would like to advertise on the Club LaBourse website, is this possible?

To place an advertisement, login to the website and select ‘Members advertising’. You will be asked to upload a jpeg/gif image of your company logo and provide a brief description of the service your company provides.

How do I lodge a travel enquiry?

To lodge an enquiry, you can log into your account via the website and choose the option ‘Lodge travel enquiry’ or you can call 07 5503 7000. You will need to provide as many details as you can regarding destination, departure/arrival dates, number of travelers and any special requests. Once your enquiry has been lodged you will be assigned one of our travel consultants who will then contact you and ensure all your requirements are met wherever possible.

How long does it take to process my booking?

Every enquiry is different and there is no definite timeframe we can put on this. It will depend on the components of your quote. E.g. two nights accommodation in a hotel or a round the world trip. You will always receive an emailed response to confirm your enquiry has been lodged on the website. This response will advise you that we have received your specifics and give you the contact details of the consultant assigned to your enquiry.

What about the extra’s? Flights and other travel services?

Club LaBourse not only offers you wholesale rates on your accommodation, these same savings are applied to any other travel service we can provide for you! Flights, car hire, package tours, etc… are all included in a bid to save you even more money.

How can I pay for my bookings?

We accept personal cheques, cash if in person and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Diners. We do require written authority from the member to process all credit card transactions. Alternatively, members can directly deposit money into our bank account and some payments can be made online via our website.

*All credit card payments will incur a surcharge of 1.3% for Visa & Mastercard or 3.3% for Amex & Diners.

Is there a price guarantee?

In the event that a member can substantively document a lower price quotation on a like for like basis received within 24 hours of booking a Club travel arrangement, then Club LaBourse agrees to immediately forward a cheque for the difference and credit the members account with a further 10% of the difference to be used with a future holiday booked through the Club.

Holiday Weeks

Are my holiday weeks free?

Holiday weeks are not free. Depending on destination, room size and time of year, pricing can be discounted up to as much as 60% of the retail price!

How many holiday weeks do I get per year?

The amount of holiday weeks you have is determined by the type of membership agreement you chose to begin with. Platinum members have access to six weeks per annum and Gold members have access to four. If you do not utilize all your weeks in a particular year, the unused weeks will rollover to the following year for a maximum of one year, any outstanding weeks will be forfeited.

Where can I use my holiday weeks?

Club LaBourse have access to holiday weeks in Australia & New Zealand, as well as all over the world.

Can I book my holiday weeks for my friends & family?

Yes. You must add the names of everybody travelling to your membership. You can have up to ten family & friends (Individuals) added to your membership and each person is entitled to the same benefits you are.

Can holiday week bookings be made for less than 7 days?

No. Holiday Weeks must be used in seven night allotments and check in times are usually on a Friday or Saturday.

How do I book a holiday week?

Simply log into your account online and choose the option ‘Make travel enquiry’. Alternatively call us on 07 5503 7000 and speak to our friendly staff.

What is the cancellation policy with holiday weeks?

Once your booking has been fully paid, you are unable to make any changes and there is a 100% cancellation fee. Travel Insurance is highly recommended to cover cancellations.

Are there any additional fees or charges?

Depending on the property booked, there may be additional fees. I.e. Government bed taxes, all inclusive charges (meal and drink packages), cleaning fees, heating costs and any applicable charges applied direct from the property.

How long is my quote valid for?

The sooner you confirm and fully pay your booking, the better the chance of getting your preferred property. Please be aware that certain properties, particularly with some overseas destinations, are quoted in local currencies, therefore fluctuations in currency conversion rates will apply.

What is Frequent Values?

In order to bring our members yet more savings, Club LaBourse have secured a good relationship with Online Entertainment. For just $25 per year (down from $69.95 RRP!), members are able to redeem online vouchers allowing them to save hundreds of dollars on dining and leisure activities throughout Australia & New Zealand.

Once purchased, members will receive a book to be used in conjunction with a membership card giving them an electronic login. They will have access to discounts on a whole range of venues, retail outlets and accommodation. As well as car hire and theme parks!

How can I make the most of my membership?

Holiday weeks are where the greatest savings can be made, comparing retail accommodation to our weeks, saving can be as high as 60%! International travel also offers high savings. When booking larger travel itineraries, some members have saved the equivalent of their initial membership payment in just two years.

What is so unique about being a member of Club LaBourse?

Both Club LaBourse Vacance and Club LaBourse Travel offer savings and access to a database of resorts & apartments all over the world. This discount will remain for the rest of your life and can also be used by up to ten of your friends and family, making a family or group holiday much more achievable and less stressful. These discounts will also remain on all other extras without ever having to lower your standards.

The accommodation available to you for your holiday weeks is from a global database of mostly privately owned resorts and therefore offer a range of different accommodation in more remote and relaxing locations not usually available to the general public.
